There are lot of new homes and condos being built recently in Cozumel. Why the sudden seeming surge of Cozumel home building? Well, the island is absolutely beautiful and the people are so friendly, and it's family oriented. So it's no wonder that Cozumel homes are the hot real estate ticket these days, and that people are buying up these homes and using them as vacation rentals. It's such a great investment that it's a win-win proposition all around.
